This could be one of the most act of kindness by
a Nigerian Governor. Governor Bala Muhammad of
Bauchi state was seen in Saudi Arabia cutting the
hair of his state pilgrims.
It's part of Hajj Rite to cut one's hair During
pilgrimage to Mecca.
